1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vintageposterhut.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site (the “Service”), whether as a guest or a registered user. • Payment must be made at the time of order. We use third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your order, including applicable shipping and handling fees and taxes.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information, and to promptly update such information if it changes.

6. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Returns

Production & Fulfillment
Our posters are made on demand once an order is placed, which helps minimize overproduction. Because of this on-demand model, production times can vary. We will provide estimated fulfillment and shipping times, but actual times may differ.

Shipping
We only ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable fees will be shown at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including images, text, graphics, logos, button icons, and software, is the property of Vintage Poster Hut or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
